“I recently had a bad experience at this location and the supervisor reached out And ask that we give them a second chance while I didn't use the coupons I decided to still give them a second chance. And I'm very glad that I did. The team member Olivia was very pleasant. She was very kind and responsive I told her about the situation that I had experienced the last time and she was also apologetic as she said they strive for great customer service there and that was exactly what was delivered so thank you Olivia great job.“

“My boyfriend and I enjoy stopping by this Orange Julius whenever we go to the Vancouver Mall, especially since they are a pretty rare find at this point. The drinks are tasty and it's hard to go wrong with one of the classics, plus you can also add some boosts to the drink to make you feel like you're taking in something healthy yet delicious. Service can be somewhat inattentive at times and the atmosphere is very typical for a smaller mall, but nothing to complain about.“

“So.... I've tried Dutch Bros in unde the past but haven't stuck with them. I kept going back to my other favorite. However, my grandson kept asking to go there after school so I finally relented and I'm happy to say I'm now exclusively going to Dutch Bros. The guest service is amazing! The drinks are amazing. And ..... now it doesn't cost me $75 to earn a free drink!!!! Thank you Dutch Bros!🌟“

“I haven’t been back to this spot in a while. However it is still such a great spot for milk tea. Upon entering we were greeted with the sweetest girl named Sarah. She was energetic, kind, funny and explained possibly being out of a few items tonight. However what we ordered was available so we were all good. Just from her inviting energy I definitely will be coming back more often. I love their milk tea!“
