“If a place can make a plain bagel that I can eat and enjoy without cream cheese, that's a pretty damn good bagel place in my opinion. The inside of the bagel was perfectly soft and fluffy, with a nice chewy outside crust that did not feel like chewing through leather. Amazing service, too. Added bonus is that their chocolate chip cookies are amazing.“

“Went there today for first time to get bagels for the office. We got the rosemary sea salt bagels. What a wonderful blend of flavors on the perfect bagel-crisp on the outside and soft inside. Will be going back to try other flavors!“

“This place had a very long line so we were hesitant to go in but the line goes by very quickly and once you get in there the experience is very simple. Just point at the bagel that you want based on how it looks. And a half a dozen is only $19.50!“

“Zylberschtein's catered my son's bar mitzvah luncheon and did an amazing job! The food was delicious, there was PLENTY of it and the Zylberschtein's team did all of the set-up & clean up, making it effortless for me. Working with their team before & during the event was also very easy. Highly recommend them for your catering needs! 🙌✡️🥯🔯🫶“

“I had heard that Eltana makes good bagels. Now that I have tried them for myself, I must respectfully disagree. "Good" is a word used to describe, for example, a bagel that you might enjoy having for breakfast. At a stretch, perhaps even a breakfast you would fondly anticipate while thinking about it the night before. These are not "good" bagels. These are dangerous bagels. These are profound bagels. These are fugitive toric avatars from some fragrant and crispy celestial realm. I should have ordered more. - C“

“I accidentally came in about ten minutes before the shop opened (google says open at 7, it’s actually 7:30). From the moment I walked in, Mina and Sue were so warm and welcoming which matches the warmth of their cozy shop. They made me a drink, had a nice chat with me and sent me on my way. It’s nice to find a place where you can have a genuine, human to human experience.
Breakfast sandwiches are enormous for the price.“

“Anchor and Bloom Café is such a gem! The lox bagel was fresh and delicious, the mango smoothie was perfectly sweet and refreshing, and the rose latte was smooth and fragrant. The service was warm and friendly, and the view made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!“

“Ok, first I would like to say that I love the PNW yet, after living here for 44 years, I miss New York Pizza, Pastrami sandwiches, the Brooklyn Dodgers (ok, that dates me) and bagels. I don’t care if people swear that their very favorite bagels are the best, if they aren’t from Eltana, they are not authentic. Eltana’s bagels are chewy, the right size(not gigantic and merely a circle of bread), well seasoned, boiled in honey water before baking and a throwback to my youth in NY. My Dad worked at a bagel bakery in NY for a short while and brought home the best bagels. Eltana bagels makes me think of those bagels. I am so glad we found you, Eltana. We love your delivery service, too.“

“3.8/5 For a Seattle bagel it was pretty good, the salt bagel seemed to be lacking salt and the scallion cream cheese tasted good but had a weird texture. If I was anywhere but Seattle I’d hate this bagel but it’s not NY/NJ so it’ll do. Would like to try to other flavors since they missed the mark on this one.“

“I've had bagels and cream cheese here before, which have always been super delicious. But today I tried the bulgogi bagel sandwich, and it may honestly be the single best sandwich I've ever eaten! Also the folks who run the shop are so friendly and thoughtful -- really wonderful people! Add this shop as a must try if you're visiting the market. And if, like me, you work here, add it to your go-to list for breakfast or lunch.
Edited to add: also try the cupbop! No bagels involved but a super delicious Korean lunch (and it left me enough leftovers for a snack later)!“

“I’d say it was pretty good overall! Even though the lox sandwich didn’t necessarily BLOW ME AWAY, it was still good and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Doesn’t take away a star. Ha ha. The London Fog was also good. The staff helping me was friendly, especially the gal who was finishing up the London Fog for me. She even told me a way that she likes making the drink if I wanted to try it next time I came in (sounded pretty good too). The dining area seemed good even though I got it to go.“

“My mom, my friend, and I went here for the first time this morning and we were not disappointed. The bagels were super good, the staff was extremely friendly and patient with us while we decided. There was plenty of open seating and we found a table with ease. We will definitely be coming here again the next time we stay in Seattle!!“

“Been here five times at least and have been waiting to write this review to get a good average of visits in beforehand. The food is really good. The place is really nice. I am picky in terms of my bagels as im from the East coast. And these bagels do hold up. The only issue that I am having is that no matter what my order is never correct. I’m not sure why- I don’t know what to do about it. I put everything in the comments or explain what I want in person when I order. But my bagel is never toasted no matter how I ask. Which in most situations wouldn’t bother me except for the fact this is a $20 bagel. Would love to keep coming back here- but I just don’t want to be disappointed again.
Update:
I have since gone back to this location to try it again and see how it goes. After this last visit I have come to the realization that it seems that we have different tastes and perspectives in regards to what toasted is. Good news- he has been trying to get my order right. It just so happens that for me I like my bagels toasted to browning on both sides while he prefers a lightly toasted setting. I plan to apologize to him the next time I come in. He tried to make it right for me and even upgraded my friends sandwich to a whole from a half. I appreciate all his hard work. Thank you for making my bagels sorry im so picky 😓“

“I've been here twice and both times I was stunned by the kindness of the staff and the quality of the coffee. By far the friendliest staff I've come across in Washington State so far. Really good coffee and lots of options for those of us who are particular about our orders.“

“Located inside a residential building and across from the Spheres, it's a nice place to grab a quick bite to eat with reasonable prices. They have plenty of bagel options to choose from and the service was friendly, quick, and easy. I ordered their Avocado Toast and it was delicious. I asked them to choose the bagel for me and he chose the Salted Rosemary bagel. Honestly, it is not a bagel I would have chosen. But in this case, it worked with the other ingredients. The Rosemary just added another layer to the other flavors. The sandwich had fresh flavors with the pickled onions, crisp radishes, and green onions. I would definitely stop by again if I was in the area.“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently ordered a cannoli cake from Kelly Cannolis for a surprise party for my wife, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. The cake was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I contacted them to the final bite, it was clear that Kelly Cannolis takes their craft seriously. The cake was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious. The cannoli filling was rich and creamy, and the cake itself was moist and flavorful. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the cake, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. It was the highlight of the party, and I have Kelly Cannolis to thank for that. If you're looking for a delightful treat that will impress both your taste buds and your guests, I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly Cannolis. They truly know how to create a dessert that leaves a lasting impression. I'll definitely be a returning customer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Great bagels! This spot offers an impressive variety of flavors and toppings, so there’s something for everyone — from classic plain and sesame to more adventurous seasonal specials. While the bagels may not quite reach the legendary status of the ones you’d find in New York City, they are still among the very best in the Seattle area, with a satisfying chew and fresh-baked aroma that’s hard to resist.
The LOX bagel is especially worth trying — generously layered with silky, flavorful smoked salmon, complemented by a tangy smear of cream cheese, crisp red onions, and fresh capers. Every bite strikes a perfect balance of savory and fresh, making it a standout choice whether you’re a bagel purist or just here for a hearty breakfast.“
