“My wife and I have been coming here for years and it’s our favorite poke spot. The fish is almost always spot on and the one time it wasn’t, they made sure to remediate the situation without any hassle. “Seattle you have no business having Laulau this good. Some of the best I've ever had. Tender, buttery, juicy, salty. Rice was tender, little soft but solid Mac salad. Great portion size. I only wish they had some fire water soy sauce.

“After spending time in Hawaii and trying musubi I’ve been wanting to try it again. There aren’t any places on the east coast that sells this dish so to our surprise when we stumbled upon this, we had to stop in. A simple musubi with just the nori, rice and spam was $5. Thankfully they were served warm. They taste just like they did in Hawaii but yes, very salty. Glad we got to have it again.“

“The food is very good And they give you very good service but they are doing something very wrong with the employees. I have friends who work there and say that the tips left by customers are not given to the workers. If customers leave tips, they would have to make sure where the money they make with that money goes. They would have to talk to industrial labor so that they report that they do not want to give them that money. some do not speak for fear of losing their job but it is not fair what they do in that place with the workers“

“The owners are truly kind, grateful people. The food is fresh- I had a Poke bowl with Salmon and avocado, and it was FULL of good flavor. My kids were crazy about the BBQ Chicken- awesome portions and fantastic sweet/smoky flavor! My wife tried the Yakisoba, and loved all the vegetables. Very solid value for the buck- this is a great place to check out. Glad we made the drive from Woodinville!“

“Five stars just for having a website with a menu with photos, descriptions, and prices. I went in and knew exactly what I wanted to order. I got a 2 slider combo ($13 as of October, 2025) with kālua pork and pocket tots. The sliders were delicious, the kālua pork was tender and the signature slaw was fresh and flavorful.“

“The mac salad is my favorite! Best Hawaiian food in Washington. Their Hawaiian beef is my go to, and the combo with the Huli huli chicken is a phenomenal deal. Don’t forget to get their sauces! Their sambal is amazing and the teriyaki is delicious as well.“

“My family and I love this place. It is a fast, tasty, reliable fave when we need a filling meal but can't or don't want to cook. We've gotten take out from L&L and brought it to Logan Brewing in Burien who lets you BYO food when you come to enjoy their beers and ciders. Sometimes I'll stop by after work just for a musubi (the bbq chicken one is my fave!) if I need something to hold me over til I cook dinner.

I recently ordered party platters for a holiday get together and the food was delicious and plentiful. L&L even gave me a full large bottle of sweet chili sauce for our lumpia - so awesome! I definitely recommend this spot for picking up catering or an easy meal.“

“Up until now, the only authentic poke spot that I found in WA was Ono Poke in Edmonds. I was born and raised in Hawaii so I don’t enjoy any of the inauthentic build-your-own poke type places. I was pleasantly surprised by this spot and would definitely eat here again!

The poke plate was $22 so after tax and couple bucks tip you’re looking at like $27. It seemed expensive until I started eating and noticed how much poke there was. Very fresh, seasoned well, so good. Unfortunately their Hawaiian poke had no limu which honestly sucks. And it was super heavy on the onions, which was a plus for me. There’s major construction in the parking lot right now but it was still easy to pull in and park. Come support this local business and keep authentic poke in WA!“

“I like this place. Really good place to go if your really hungry and tired. The food is super fast. You will maybe have to wait a few minutes at the most as they make it in front of you. You will have to wait until there is a place for you to sit and eat it as there is no seating inside to enjoy your meal. There is a nice square outside if its not raining that might be a good place to eat. The poke itself was very good. The ingredients tasted very fresh and they also have miso soup which I appreciate alot since I love miso soup. Definitely check this place out if your in need of a quick bite to eat but want something healthy“

Both Mine and Kate are just great at their jobs, prepare perfect meals every single time AND are so friendly, so helpful, so kind and very funny. “This is a great place to get good, reasonably priced, Hawaiian food in the Uwajimaya food court. We are quite fond of the Kalua Pork, Mac salad, and Loco Moco. The katsu and teriyaki are also good, as well as the burger and fries. In fact. Everything we have had here is good, and we would get it again.

The employees are friendly and helpful, and very accommodating to any requests. Overall, I highly recommend this place!“

“The platform I placed my order through had cancelled my order while I was on my way to pick it up (the store confirmed they had even opened/accepted the order on their end). They still made my order even though it had been refunded.

I will definitely be coming here to spend my money directly in the future to avoid any mishaps like that.“

“Great poke, perfect size for a filling lunch. Good variety of toppings and proteins and sauces. The owner is very kind as well. It’s just barely pricier than a typical poke place but worth the price. Can be busy during lunch so I’d avoid the lunch rush if you can.“

“I went once so far to get two spicy salmon sandwich and two rolls but one get one free.

The sandwich was tasty but requires being heated in a toaster oven at home, the sandwich is grilled but served cold. It’s whatever. But the sushi I got had mushy gross rice that seemed to have been stuck to the bottom of the rice container. Not regular calrose rice but some other sticker variant. Almost like Rice paper rice. Very bad fed to my dog. The ingredients I could not waste. Very tasty! Will try again.“

“The pike place bowl did it for me and then some!! I had half of my bowl in the restaurant where I got to people watch, then picked up up target ordered upstairs and finished the rest of my bowl on a bench in the park just north of the plaza. I have absolutely no complaints about the bowl. If the service was a little better I would've rated this bowl a 5.“

“Just Poke is a chain of poke bowl fast food locations meant for order and go meals. Their menu isn't that large, but they have many ingredients where you can customize your bowl in many ways. This location is across the street from Olive 8 in the triangle right past 8th. It's very small with limited parking outside, so most people walk to it. There's no tables outside and inside there's seating for maybe 6 people total with a bench for waiting. It's very busy at lunch everyday, but ordering there will get you food faster than ordering pickup through something like DoorDash. Pricing is a bit high for the portion size compared to other poke chains but their quality is quite good. The service is fine, the employees here are really nice but there's only room behind the counter for maybe 3 workers so it's tough to keep up with all the lunch orders. Overall a good spot for lunch if your budget is a bit higher and you want quality over quantity.“

“This was my first tome ever having poke so I needed a lot of help with the menu throughout the process.

After waiting for the 1 person working to finish cleaning duties (you are supposed to stop immediately, wash up and help the customer), he finally came over after about 4 minutes. He did not even acknowledge us until he came over although it was obvious we were there

He then just assumed I new everything I wanted and was slightly annoyed that I didnt. After helping me with the first choice, another woman came out to finish helping me and she was definitely annoyed with all of my questions. Wow. The reason you have a job is because you have customers. No customers, no business, no job.

I then asked for water and was pointed to the large water jug...which when I got to it did not have any cups, so I had to wait for them to finish with a customer who was also new and taking a really long time to ask for a cup. He said they were supposed to be out there. Maybe he should have been refilling things customers needed than the deep cleaning he seemed to be doing upon arrival

My food was just ok. Definitely not worth going through that so I wont return

Businesses need to realize with high food prices, we will be more selective with where we go and I am not giving my business to this type which lacks customer care

“Food is decent, good for the price. However, the last time we went to dine in, we walked in about an hour before closing. The dining area was already cleaned with tables put up, and we were told we needed to take out. Instead, we left and dined elsewhere. The experience put us off a bit, but helped us discover a different poke place so now we know we have options if it's 6:55 pm and we'd like to sit for dinner.“
