I do the building your own. I get the Hawaiian shirt and plain salmon, seaweed salad, enamel, cucumbers, grilled corn, little orange fish eggs, their house shoyu sauce, futikake, crunchy onions.
There are so many different choices that you can find your own favorites!
Have gone to the Renton one in Fred Meyers bldg off 180th (above Valley Med Hospital), Tacoma and Kent Commons area one. They all were great!“

“We were lucky enough to have Big Island Poke time up to Bellingham for our SeaFeast event. Their shoyu ahi poke was the Best poke I have ever eaten, hands down. So so tender and a nice light touch on the shoyu. If you decide to expand - please open in Bellingham - we need you!!!“

“I gave you all five stars because everything came up perfect. Because of hot and moisture, but that's fine. I'm not too worried about it, but everything else, your Musubi of Spam and your Portuguese Sausage Musubi, was great. I stayed a little bit for that chicken burger, which was really good too. Everything else came out perfect. In fact, it was cheaper than Kent. The one in Kent restaurant was more expensive than the one in Burien, and also it was fresher, so people that will go to Burien would be better.“

“L&L saved the day for catering! This was for my dad's memorial service. One medium pan is definitely enough food to feed 24 people. I had 24 people at the event and was unsure about the size so I got medium pan of beef short ribs, a medium pan of bbq chicken, and a medium of rice. There is so much food left over! Anyway, the service was really good and the guy behind the counter brought the box of food out to my car.

“I recently visited Just Poké and had a pretty solid experience overall, with a few small things that kept it from being great.

I started with the Spam musubi, which was honestly one of the highlights of the meal. The Spam itself was soft, flavorful, and really satisfying to bite into. It had that perfect savory-sweet balance you’d hope for. My only critique is that there was a bit too much rice compared to the Spam, which made the ratio feel slightly off. With just a little less rice, it would’ve been spot on.

For the mains, I tried both the Teriyaki Salmon and the Sesame Seared Salmon. The Teriyaki Salmon was very enjoyable — the flavoring was rich and well-balanced without being overwhelming. It paired really nicely with the salad and mac salad that came with it, making for a well-rounded and filling meal.

The Sesame Seared Salmon was also very tasty, especially with the fresh salad. The sesame added a nice texture and flavor that complemented the fish well. That said, the portion size of the salmon felt a bit small. I found myself wishing there was more of it, as it was gone pretty quickly compared to the rest of the dish.

Overall, my experience at Just Poké was decent. The food quality is definitely there, with good flavors and fresh ingredients, but slight adjustments in portion balance would make a big difference. I’d still come back to try more from the menu.“

“My first visit was pleasant. Easy to use self order and pay stations. The poke bowl I ordered had plenty of food and was made with delicious ingredients. I will be visiting again.“

“These guys went to my work for catering and it was absolutely fire! I went and got seconds cuz of how fresh and good the tuna and salmon were!! Spicy mayo tuna was the best, but salmon was not far behind.

Poke to the Max is a solid choice for some breakfast fair at the airport.

I had the spinach wrap breakfast burrito with spam. Getting something with fried rice and spam isn’t my normal go to. I’m glad to have changed it up for once. It did not disappoint“
