“Very good! I wish they did the kalua pork with the combo plates (didn’t notice until I got home) but the bbq pork was really good. Will have to try just the kalua pork next time. Def worth getting the +$1 upgrade to fried rice. Mac salad was delicious, I’m picky about it and often don’t eat it when I get Hawaiian food but this was good. Can’t wait to try more things from the menu. Spam musubi was standard edition but still yummy.“

“We were lucky enough to have Big Island Poke time up to Bellingham for our SeaFeast event. Their shoyu ahi poke was the Best poke I have ever eaten, hands down. So so tender and a nice light touch on the shoyu. If you decide to expand - please open in Bellingham - we need you!!!“

“We did catering for our wedding with Buddha Bruddah a couple months ago and I cannot recommend them enough. Our guests absolutely loved the food and the signature cocktails that the team helped us to create as part of the package! The flexibility and great selection of menu options helped us to create a dinner plan that all our guests could enjoy, even ones with food restrictions.

Drea and the team are absolute delights to work with. I wasn't able to eat much from nerves and they made me a snack plate ahead of time, which I was so touched by. The professionalism and thoughtfulness of the team really helped things run so smoothly!

“Freshly made spam musubi close to Pike Place Market. Honestly, a great selection of flavors. My wife was happy to grab one. Overall, a great spot for a quick bite on a budget, for dine-in and/or takeout. They also have some classic Korean/Asian snacks.

I have tried spam musubi in Hawaii, and this one is superior.“

“I got the Spicy Pork Torta and… Oh. My. God. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, hands down! The perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory! Plus the bread seemed fresh and there was still some crunch to the veggies. It was a little messy because of the sauces, but honestly, I do *not* care. It’s worth it! I also got a small side of the Mac salad. That was really good as well but it’s not anything special like that torta was. Hoping to revisit in the future! Idk about their other locations but this one is on point!“

“Stopped here randomly one night on the way home to Bellingham- what a treat! The person working was SO wonderfully accommodating with some food allergies and also was super kind to give enough food for both me and my partner to eat. The vibe was immaculate, super in love with the giant skeleton and the video games. It felt like home! 😆 Everything was super delicious.

“The owners are truly kind, grateful people. The food is fresh- I had a Poke bowl with Salmon and avocado, and it was FULL of good flavor. My kids were crazy about the BBQ Chicken- awesome portions and fantastic sweet/smoky flavor! My wife tried the Yakisoba, and loved all the vegetables. “I gave you all five stars because everything came up perfect. Because of hot and moisture, but that's fine. I'm not too worried about it, but everything else, your Musubi of Spam and your Portuguese Sausage Musubi, was great. I stayed a little bit for that chicken burger, which was really good too. Everything else came out perfect. In fact, it was cheaper than Kent. The one in Kent restaurant was more expensive than the one in Burien, and also it was fresher, so people that will go to Burien would be better.“

Took veggie stir-fry, garlic chicken and huli chicken.
2 issues that we had, the take out containers should be upgraded, by the time we got home we had a lot of sauce spilled from the containers.
The second issue is about the mac side, the site say that it is dairy free so we kept it in the reservation but we also marked that there is a dairy restriction, the restaurant did not add it to our reservation, I just hope that other dishes are marked correctly for food restrictions.“
