“I made it home to Tulsa, Oklahoma just to tell my friends and family about my experience. The food in general was amazing seasoned and cooked well. Spicy okra, and Cole slaw was tasty they even offer $1 sweet potato pie . I can not wait to come back and visit see you summer of 2026“

“Absolutely delicious! We had the chicken, meatloaf, and five of the side options (potato salad, green beans, carrots, pickles, and white beans). The prices were reasonable, the portions were generous, everything was SUPER flavorful (the sides killed), and everything tasted truly home cooked with care. The place was intimate and everyone was so nice. I loved that we got to meet the whole family! It felt like we were invited into someone's home and I never want to leave! The bacon in the MacGregor was perfect and I loved the cheese on the Pike. They're crispy on the outside, perfect for your favorite toppings, and flakey on the inside. “Great food and fun vibes! Upon arrival, the staff politely informed us it would be at least 30 minute wait. It was TOTALLY worth the wait. The staff is enthusiastic and super helpful! We ordered the bacon egg and cheese Bitchwich, a side of garlic grits with cheese and both were amazingly yummy! Looking forward to coming back and trying everything on the menu!“

“An absolute must if you're exploring the Pike Place area. Cheeky but kind staff. The food never disappoints. I'm am particularly fond of the b!tch-witch with spam, tho the bacon version is pretty fantastic too. Always a treat stopping here. Ordering is done online (even if you're there) so be prepared for that. I sometimes put in my order a few minutes before getting there since the tends to be a line ^.~“

Yes, it's that good.when you walk in, you'll get a face slap with the aroma of their famous chicken. Numerous locations around Seattle and 18 franchises in Washington. This Kirkland location just opened up this year (2024) , and this visit was not my first taste of what I believe is the best tasting chicken I have ever eaten. Single pieces are available, but the meals are the best value. I like regular but spicy is an option. I love the chicken livers; don't judge me. Staff are always polite and helpful. You can dine in or get it to go. Every Ezell's I have been to is very clean, and the quality is consistently good . Resently Ezell's celibrated 40 years of cooking it's famous chicken ,started by Ezell Stephen and Lewis Rudd in February 3, 1984 in the Central District. The chain is owned now by Faye, Ezell's former wife. 5 stars to Ezell's in Kirkland and welcome to the neighborhood.“

Their fried chicken is great too. I just prefer the regular strips. I could eat them every day. All the food is very good though. The fries and/or fried okra are my favorite sides.
