Drive thru service took 11 minutes per vehicle. We waited for more than an hour. This occurs every time we have visited.. We will never visit this store again…
I absolutely love Taco Bell! However, when I ordered a crunchwrap supreme last year from the same place in Renton they put the same amount of meat that would be in say a taco. So across the entire crunchwrap supreme was half an inch of meat! Now, with shrinkflation they are literally just sprinkling in some meat. I placed an order online for in-store pickup. When I arrived, the doors were locked even though there were employees clearly visible inside. They saw me standing outside, yet no one came to the door, greeted me, or offered any assistance.
