Food is good, but there’s something broken with their ordering process. I ordered in person in the store, waited for 25 minutes and had to ask, they said they didn’t see my order at all. The next time, I pre-ordered it on the app. Still waited for 15 minutes in the store and checked with them, yet again they didn’t see my order in their system. So basically this is not a fast food restaurant for me… every time I’m here, had to wait at least 20 minutes.

My order consisted of a grilled cheese burrito and a cheesy gordita crunch with steak instead of beef and add rice. Once I got back to sit down and eat, I realized it tasted a little bland, only to find out that they missed the spicy ranch.
I did appreciate the delivery time of my food, but would appreciate it if it could be made correctly the first time.
