This is my favorite omakase sushi in the Seattle area. Chef Jun is a master at his craft: producing delectable, perfectly-sized nigiri with excellent pacing and fantastic cooked dishes.
One of the best omakase spots in Bellevue! Takai never disappoints — the food is incredible, fresh, and beautifully presented, while the service is simply outstanding. The wine and sake pairings are perfectly selected to complement each course, making the entire experience even more memorable. Definitely a place worth coming back to!
Okay omakase—nothing impressive and overpriced, but it’s Seattle, so not exactly surprising. You could probably get the same quality in Tokyo for half the price or less.
