Pho Restaurants in Bellingham, WA

“After hearing about Pho Ly for years, and being somewhat daunted by tales of less-than-clean conditions, we were pleasantly surprised to find it to be clean and inviting. More important was the smell as we entered, which was very enticing.
The meal clearly consisted of the freshest, good quality ingredients. The spring rolls seemed to be made to order, all vegetables just delicious.
The pho chay (vegetarian pho) was a little plain and could have used more flavor. The tofu in the soup. Though sparse, was fresh and delicious.
The spring rolls and pho were the only vegetarian or vegan options on the menu, but were worth it.
Service was average and what you'd expect from a family-owned small dining establishment in a strip mall — friendly and kind, but needed to be flagged down for service after meal arrived.
Parking is free and ample.
