“This casual family run place was clean and friendly. No reservation was necessary for this last minute dinner and service was quick. Food was ok for the price. The menu was similar to other pho places. Prices were reasonable and it was refreshing to see that tipping prompts started at 10% even though the service we received was better than that.
The grilled pork was dry and the spring rolls lacked a light crispness but everything else was fine. The grilled chicken was moist so I’d go with that next time.“

“I've found my new favorite pho place! I love that they offer different sizes for their pho (S, L, XL). The broth is delightful and soothing, especially on a dreary day. It somehow manages to taste more complex than other pho places I've been to. It's not oily or too salty. Noodles were cooked just right and not too soft. The bean sprouts don't seem to soften up as much in a small bowl.

The interior is fairly small but cozy. They offer tea as the default, and the prices are reasonable. Service was quick and efficient, just the way it should be at a casual pho restaurant.

“I had a great meal here but, there were a couple of odd things the restaurant did. First of all, their pho was great! Broth was flavourful, good portion of meats, noodles and add ins. Lots of yum! The strange part was that they served hot tea in clear plastic cups. This made the tea taste plasticy which then put a bit of a damper on what would have been a delicious meal. Seems like an odd choice for such a basic thing. Service was good, and my food came out quickly. I'd recommend Pho Ten, but maybe give the tea a skip.“

“Don't expect much in decor and customer service if this is your first time. People come here solely for their 2 special dishes: Chicken and/or Beef. Flavors are quite consistent and the chicken is super soft and moist. The broth hits the spot every single time!! I'd say come early as they can run out of chicken halfway through the day, and they only open from 1030am-230pm!“

“Wow, still under $15 for a large bowl! the place is clean and the servers are asking how their foods are. The service could be slow, but it's okay for a quick bite place. The ChapSticks are packed individually and brought out in a clean basket. Good people running the place and probably the best deal in the area for clean and tasty foods with not heavy sign of MSG in their soups.“

“Absolutely love this place. One of my favourites in greater Vancouver. The chokehold the spring rolls have on me is like no other. They are so crispy, girthy and are sure to fill you up. No joke ? The pho itself is also really good and clean. This place is CASH OR DEBIT ONLY and there’s not many easily available ATMs in the area so make sure you come prepared.“

“I came here to try their traditional Banh Mi because that's my litmus test to see how good a place is. This place is pretty legit. They have a nice ratio of filling and the sandwich is served with warm bread. It's not as crunchy/crispy that I've enjoyed at other places but it hits. This is also one of the few places that doesn't hold back on their Viet coffee; it's strong and flavourful.

Definitely adding this place to my rotation.“

“I usually order a large bowl of pho and two fried rolls, this franchise really does offer a great tasting pho and it is always good. The fried rolls also always come to the table fresh out of the fryer hot. During the winter season this is my go to place for comfort food.“

“I've tried several different places for Pho and I always come back here. Even though prices have gone up a bit over the past couple of years the food is still amazing. The staff are very friendly and after, being a couple of times, they remember you and what you order.“

“We ordered from here and there was a mistake with our order. The staff was incredibly nice and took ownership of the mistake and even gave us free spring rolls as I picked up our correct order. And the spring rolls were some of the best I’ve ever had!Mistakes happen but I really respect the way they dealt with it. Food was great and definitely became a loyal customer. “Really good. I’m not sure why this place is ranked below 4 stars. Peanut sauce was amazing and I’m a peanut sauce snob. The beef in the soup was a good grade of meat which was more like juicy brisket. The broth was fragrant. And the salad rolls were great A+“

“***Excellent beef Pho and lemongrass grilled chicken and rice! This was take out but the restaurant was busy today at lunch. What impressed me so much was how they packed my Pho to go! Broth in its own recyclable container, Beef wrapped separately, bean sprouts and noodles too! When I put it all together at home it tasted so good! My wife loved the lemongrass chicken dish! We have been here before but it was always dine in. We will be back soon!“

“Ordered the spicy noodle soup and BBQ lemongrass chicken on vermicelli and they were really good. I eat Vietnamese often and this place is REALLY good value for the amount of flavor and portion size. Staff is friendly and fast. Will be eating here a lot more.“
