Booking a party room seems to be impossible.
Do it online and it won’t work.
Call and they direct me to their website and email.
Go in and they can’t help because they don’t know how to book.
Email and they direct me to their website once again.
No one is apparently trained to do the simplest task and it’s frustrating! Apparently they don’t want my business and I’m starting to be ok with that! My kids will be very disappointed but we’ll find a...read full review
My kids always have a great time. I don’t know names but a few of the staff members we commonly encounter are very friendly and always provide excellent service
I don't reccomend for those who are looking for a place where they can relax-ish while their little ones/toddlers can just run around safely. Be prepared to chase your little one around if they leave the play area because there is not a door whatsoever. My older children and I spent the majority of the time chasing my 1 year old back into the play area instead of them playing and me being able to just watch them. PlayDate is a clean and fun indoor play place in Bellingham, great for parents to hang out with other parents and kids to play with other kids. It is very affordable and reasonably priced, with cheap coffee, good lattes, and a waffle with blueberries that is really yummy. The space reminds some of old McDonald's play pits, big enough for adults to climb in with younger children to help them down bigger slides. The best part is how tired kids get, making bedtime easy. However, service can vary depending on who is working; some staff are attentive and informative, very kind, and friendly and courteous, while others have been seen reading a book and blatantly ignoring customers. One child dropped a hot dog on the floor and received a new one for free. Staff do their best to keep the place clean and tidy, though some complained of not having the right dusters for the tops of slides. A gate to contain toddlers is desperately wished for, as parents feel very watchful the entire time. Despite this, many had a blast and will be back.
