A fun and colorful addition to the Portal Village. I love how they keep adding more businesses to the waterfront area. Came to enjoy the sunny weather at this container restaurant stand. It was a change to try cocktails in this area, versus the usual beer at Trackside. The cool thing about this place is it was started by same owners as the Filling Station. It was a drizzled Saturday afternoon. I was visiting my daughter in Bellingham for the weekend and we had walked to Fairhaven and back. We were a little peckish when we got back to the parking spot so we checked out the colorful container restaurant Rain or Shine Riviera Club.They had a happy hour starting in 10 minutes so I just ordered up a Sumo Slush ($9) drink to get me through until the happy hour.
