There is something truly special about the Bistro at Shuksan. A scenic views and bold flavors such a perfect date spot in Bellingham that combines a relaxed, upscale atmosphere with food that actually packs a punch, The Bistro at Shuksan is it. Best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had.
Excellent food and attentive service.... The atmosphere is a tad sterile and the cavernous main room is the opposite of cozy... but regardless, it is well worth the trek.
