We have driven past this restaurant for a couple of years thinking the name indicated it would be "New Age" style of food. We were very wrong and we regret not trying it sooner. While trying to find another restaurant on Google, Infusion Cuisine was listed as one of the best Mexican Restaurants in Lynden. This is a hidden gem. They have a variety of options. Everything we had was perfect. Service is excellent. Can't recommend enough.Kid-friendliness: It is family friendly ?Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is ground level with easy access and plenty of parking.

We were disappointed. The service was very efficient but robotic. The chicken teriyaki is generous, but the rice was simply paste. - so overcooked that no individual grains could be discerned. The broccoli was odd, overcooked above but with undercooked stems. The carrots were undercooked.
