“A small local Mexican restaurant, with good food and personalized service. I go here semi regularly, and it is as clean as a whistle. The owner is there frequently and is a nice and gracious host. This most recent visit was beyond good, so here is the review!“
“I'm extremely low expectation with any and all Latin food in this area... I all but refuse to go to Mexican restaurants because they suck in the pnw... but this food truck is *chef kiss* the closest thing I've had to SoCal/Mexico street tacos in the pnw thus far. I have a very regimented diet and have on multiple occasions fasted all day with the intention and anticipation of hitting my carb macros in one glorious delicious sitting via 4 carnitas tacos + red hot sauce. Could not recommend it here enough!Vegetarian options: Burritos, tacos, nachos, sides“
“Today was late 2000s pop music; YUCK. Usually, 70s, 80s classic rock and pop and occasional newer pop mixed in. Good is always fresh and good tasting. Order taking is fast and food is delivered quickly. Never had any problems with the order after 50+ visits to this location. Favorite fast food restaurant.“
“Excellent food, lovely people and it had a great atmosphere. I have never been to Mexico but visiting the Cancun restaurant made me want to go there. The restaurant felt calm and fun at the same time. The spices in the tamale were wonderful.“
“Mi Pueblito undoubtedly stands out as an exceptional taco truck, elevating the experience of authentic Mexican cuisine to a remarkable level. The finesse with which they prepare their carne asada tacos is nothing short of impressive—the flavors are impeccably balanced, and the meat is perfectly grilled to tender perfection. Each bite is a delightful revelation.Complementing their tantalizing tacos, Mi Pueblito's salsa is an absolute triumph. Crafted with an expert blend of ingredients, it exudes a delightful interplay of spiciness and tanginess, enhancing the entire culinary experience. In my numerous visits to Mi Pueblito, their consistent quality, warm service, and attention to detail have left a lasting impression. It is evident that the team takes immense pride in their culinary craftsmanship.Without a doubt, Mi Pueblito is a taco truck that merits the highest recommendation for anyone seeking an authentic and gratifying Mexican dining experience. It is a delightful haven for taco enthusiasts and a testament to the art of culinary excellence.“
“This place is a really good option if you like decent Mexican food well served. I had a chili relleno & enchilada suiza combo. Very good! The outstanding thing, for me, was the truly excellent flan (a requirement for me!). Service was great-attentive and fast. Really nice environment with very nice decor, and thankfully, the music was not too loud.I don't drink often but I might try a margarita sometime, and I just noticed watermelon cider. I dunno. Might try that! I'm definitely going back for more.Parking: Easy to find, and very convenient to drop in for lunch.“
“Recommend the birria / quesabirria tacos. Very flavourful and the tortillas are handmade, so they're on the thicker side. They use the same tortilla for regular tacos too, so it may come as a surprise if you're used to thinner/smaller ones. The lengua is very good and tender, the asada was a bit tough for my liking. The owner is very friendly. There's small outdoor and indoor seating. Would definitely go back!“
