“Today our order got completely messed up by DoorDash, but the service representative working tonight really stepped up and turned the situation around.

Instead of brushing it off, she took ownership of the issue right away, handled everything professionally, and made sure we were taken care of. Her attitude, problem-solving, and willingness to go the extra mile made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. She was outstanding, fast, and clearly doing everything she could.

That said, it also looked like this shift needed more support. She did an amazing job, but it was obvious there should have been at least one more person working with her. Great employees deserve the backup they need.

“Had the great fortune of trying this Hazy IPA before meeting the owner Kelsey Grammer and watching him pull beer for a few hours. This beer is outstanding! it doesn't have that hoppy bite and has a refreshing citrus finish. Put simply? it's delicious. Looking forward to more amazing beers coming!!“

“What an incredible surprise this place was! It was our first visit and, honestly, we absolutely loved everything. We ordered a huarache and a pambazo, and both were delicious.

The salsas were on another level, they had flavors we hadn’t experienced anywhere else in Vancouver since we arrived. We also ordered some desserts and tamales to take home, and we’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu.

“Staff and management did a fantastic job for us despite our initial challenges with ordering on the app. We had tried to order 2 small DIY orders for a gaggle of hungry teenagers but the website would not allow us to. I called and they said that we could walk in and they would assemble quickly and that this part of the app was new to them so they were not aware of the limitations. They went a step further by offering us catering pricing for our order which was very kind. This is our second time doing catering through Strawberry Hill and they have come through both times. Will use them again - delicious!!“
