“Today our order got completely messed up by DoorDash, but the service representative working tonight really stepped up and turned the situation around.
Instead of brushing it off, she took ownership of the issue right away, handled everything professionally, and made sure we were taken care of. Her attitude, problem-solving, and willingness to go the extra mile made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. She was outstanding, fast, and clearly doing everything she could.
That said, it also looked like this shift needed more support. She did an amazing job, but it was obvious there should have been at least one more person working with her. Great employees deserve the backup they need.
Great customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed huge thanks to her for making things right.“

Every time I come in, she’s with a big smile on her face and no matter how busy it gets she makes my food delicious. You can tell she really cares about doing a good job and making customers happy. It’s people like her who make you want to keep coming back for that yumm food“

“Amazing authentic flavour options that we've found, this side of our fave vacation spot #cabosanlucas 💞 Hubs & I popped by our local Quesada #firsttimever for #fridaydatenight & were blown away! Love that you can build your own meal & flavour palette! Also that you can mix seasoned meats & sauces etc. It's like MEXICAN SUBWAY! 💓😋 He had the BURRITO & we shared the BURRITO BOWL. Ate there. Warm tortilla chips. So awesome! loved it! Owner & staff are so personable & friendly! Definitely our new fave place for Mexican quick fixes!“

“Just ordered a burrito bowl and tacos at the Quesada location across from Surrey Hospital. Excellent service, food was fresh and BONUS…when we enquired about gluten free the staff knew EXACTLY what we were talking about! Establishment was clean, portions were good. We will be back.“

“Place is quiet and clean, very nice atmosphere and decorations. Burrito tastes like what you’d get if you made one at home. You get a free brownie if you leave a review :) price is also good for a meal deal on Sunday with a side of your choice, fountain drink and a burrito or bowl.“

“I’ve gone there several time’s since the opened. The service is fast and friendly. And I’ve tried the 3 Taco 🌮 meals Chicken and Beef and found both really nice. If you want a change in fast food then this is a nice place to visit“
