I forgot my wallet with cash & credit cards in it on the counter and I didn't catch her name, but one of the employees turned it in with everything in it. “First and foremost, this is one of the cleanest and most pristine dining environments I have ever seen. Secondly, the food was delicious! The price, quantity, and just overall taste & quality were off the charts compared to other taco bell experiences. This is a well run establishment. Shout out to Ella for helping us using the kiosk and answering all our questions, as well as the rest of the staff for their immaculate performance.“

“I love this place. It's a small market that sells hot food as well. The people are always so friendly and the food is really good. I love the California burrito. It is a yummy burrito that comes with French fries inside, as will as the other typical items (sunny knock it till you try it! 😁). I got that and a 20 ounce soda, and it was around $13. I got two meals out of the burrito! I would definitely recommend trying this place!“

Today I went & tried Albas. It takes a lot for me to finish a meal, but the really nice guy had to take my plate away because I started to chew on it after all the food was gone. The staff were so nice & welcoming, funny & very attentive. The food was everything I could’ve ever wished for & more. This is a place where dreams come true. All my Mexican food dreams were fulfilled & my tummy hurts (in a good way). It was so clean (it was truly inspiring, I need to go home & clean now after stepping into this joint) it was nice & quiet, not overstimulating but did a great job at setting the tone. 10/10 recommend & will be back.“

Some weird unexpected biblical quotes (e.g. Joshua 1:9) on cups and walls, but not intrusive. Love the tables and interior ambiance -- easy to have good conversations and relax with friends over a meal. Horchata was really tasty too. Overall, this is a great place for Mexican food. Reasonable prices for sure.“

“I'm from San Antonio Texas and I can assure you this is the real deal. Their Cabeza tacos, and tamales are the closest to San Antonio I can find. Their prices are reasonable, the service is extremely nice and friendly. And since I have a broken leg, I love the fact that I can call ahead and just drive through with no issues. The only drive-thru Mexican restaurant that I can think of in Bellingham -besides Taco Hell.“

“We were donating items at the thrift store and the aroma from this place was amazing and we gave it a try for lunch. Food was excellent, chips are fried in house, and the service was very good. Things were cooked to order, so took a few extra minutes, but it was well worth it.

It was early on a Saturday, and it was slow when we came in, but picked up.“

We've tried many different Mexican restaurants and we always go back to El Ranchito for the food, the drinks, the value and the family-owned environment. We have never had a bad meal or service here. Always welcoming, always delicious. The bonus salsa/chips and dessert are equally as fresh and tasty. We often buy a tub of the Pico de gallo because it's simply amazing. Great food, great place.“

“Located in a parking lot just by the do it center the food is AMAZING!!!!!! i get the burritos which are filled to the brim and that red and green hot sauce is the best i have ever tasted and the horchata is delicious and so tasty. “This brewery is AWESOME! They host loads of community events, make delicious food/beers, and are an all-around awesome local business that's joined this town. They're easily one of the best restaurants meets breweries in town, and have made a name for themselves as a fan fave in BHAM. Menu Faves: House Margarita, Paloma, Bean Dip & Chips, Frijoles Con Queso Tacos, Carnitas Tacos, Chorizo Tacos, ALL of the Tamales, and any beer off their taplist! (Also, love that they give the option of having a tajin rim for your margarita!)“

After you order, it could take up to 15 minutes to get your food, but you do have a beautiful view of contractors and people parking their cars going in and out of the hardware store.But we are here for the food not the scenery. I assume most people get their burritos and tacos to go. The portions are pretty tasty and pretty sizable enough to be full, especially after you down a large horchata.“
