“Where do I even begin, with how fantastic the food and quality of service is at this restaurant, it’s hard to find the perfect words to describe how amazing the food here is. It is consistently good, I have never been disappointed eating here and this restaurant has always been my first choice of dining for the past 3 years. I even took my family here who were visiting us from Africa and they said the best food they had in the US was at the Birch Door. This place will always be our favorite. Their menu is fantastic! All of the meals on the menu is fantastic you cant go wrong with any of their meals!“

“My family and I love Ginger Boat. A wide variety of options from Teriyaki to Korean to Thai. My go-to is the Drunken Noodle, and my spouse loves the japchae. The staff is always so friendly when we dine in the restaurant with our two young kiddos. There's lovely and cute decor, as well.“

“JUXT is such a great spot in downtown. Always hosting fun events, conveniently located, phenomenal service, and their food/drinks are amazing. They've got a great list of craft cocktails and a delicious food menu, too. I especially love getting to enjoy a cocktail flight (either with a friend or solo) while hanging out before a show downtown. “They only sell Russian dumplings in 2 varieties: Beef and Potato. But their dumplings are so delicious and popular, that they don't need much else! They offer soft drinks and have a record collection to play music from. I've been going for years after late nights Karaoke-ing. The vibes are lovely with the art and blue walls. “Black Sheep has easily become an iconic "Bellingham" restaurant with how much of a staple they are to so many. Love that it's 21+ and that they not only have a mega-awesome (and delish) cocktail menu, but additionally has food that's so good people constantly talk about it. Additionally fun to enjoy their breakfast menu when you swing by earlier in the day, and constantly just enjoy the atmosphere and service by staff. “My partner and I love this place so much!! As recent vegetarians, the Greek pizza hits hard. We stopped in yesterday hoping to snag a couple t-shirts that we had recently seen on the Bellingham subreddit and saw our sizes were out of stock. We went to go pay for our pizza and the person helping us went out of their way to ask if we wanted shirts and went and found our sizes from the back!
