Excellent wine and charcuterie board. Views are outstanding and staff is very knowledgeable!
Our visit to Col Solare was nothing short of world class in every aspect of the word. From the time we hit the parking lot until the time we checked out we were treated like family, nothing short of VIP service. Although our tasting was advertised to be just 3 wines we were treated to just about everything on the menu. Each wine was presented to us in nice stemware and not once did we reuse a glass. We had a delightful and enlightening wine experience with our winery host, William. Our experience was cut a bit short due to an unanticipated hot water problem but we will return. William recommended we read The Hills of Chaniti by Piero Antinori to better understand the passion and history of the Antinori family. Thank you! A fascinating read and well worth your time. The two wines we tasted were outstanding accompanied of course by fresh foccia bread and olive oil. Cheers!!

Col Solare Winery offers a high-end experience with a focus on red wines, particularly Cabernet Sauvignon. The tasting room provides beautiful views, and the staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The wine flight includes a variety of wines accompanied by delicious small plates. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the wines justifies it.
The winery host, William, provides a delightful and enlightening wine experience. Guests can enjoy a lovely Sunday afternoon dwelling, pondering and relaxing in the lovely surroundings with world-class views and warm hospitality. The charcuterie and the Cabernet Sauvignon wines are highly recommended. The staff, including Melanie, are knowledgeable, attentive, and make guests feel like VIPs.
