Honma Coffee Roastery has been here for a long time and is considered a time-honored brand. It’s a pity that there is no coffee bar where you can drink and watch beans while choosing what to buy, so I bought their signature Columbia Ribver Blend beans first. The description says medium to dark roast, but it tastes like a full dark roast. When the beans were purchased, they were still very oily on the surface and had a fishy smell. However, the fishy smell did not come out after brewing. It's a dark roasted coffee that I like. Although it is quite bitter, it does not have any sharp and prominent flavor.If you buy it here, not only will the beans be very fresh, but the price of 16oz is the same as the price of 12oz outside. It can be regarded as a discount on the on-site price.“

I thought $14 was a bit steep for a red bull drink and a bagel sandwich.

I did appreciate the kind baristas allowing me to modify the bagel sandwich without meat, as I’m a vegetarian, but it was a bit bland. I ended up taking my bagel sandwich home to add condiments and green vegetables!

Vegetarian options: I ordered a bagel sandwich and modified it to have no meat.“

“My family found the perfect way to beat the heat today after visiting the local farmers market. Handshaken lemonade in strawberry, mango, and blackberry. All where perfect and we can not wait to try some of your other items real soon.“

“Absolutely phenomenal! We stayed right across the street from this excellent coffee cart and stopped by every morning for delicious and quick coffee, paired with great advice for our adventures from the very friendly and helpful barista. Highly recommend! Cute outdoor seating too!“

“I was charged more than I was told when I gave the barista my card. I tipped cash so I don’t believe the additional charge came from a tip.
My beverage was excellent and the service was fine other than that.
I was very impressed with the baristas walking out to the cars waiting in line to take their orders and ring them up right there in order to speed the process along.

“Best coffee place in White Salmon hands down. Every time I pull up to Bubba’s, I am greeted with a smile and an enthusiastic hello. The baristas are super knowledgeable and helpful. Half the time, I don’t know what I want and they recommend the best drinks. Every time I go (which is pretty often), the baristas are super happy and kind. The coffee is wonderful and so is the service. I cannot recommend Bubba’s enough.“

“Four words MAPLE. SEA SALT. LATTE. Caught my eye immediately on the menu. As a tea drinker coffee doesn’t usually do that. But this stuff shouldn’t be called mere coffee it is DIVINE. By the number of times I heard it called out as ready for pick at the end of the bar, It might be what people go to this shop for. That and possibly the peanut butter cookie. Service is “ relaxed” and atmosphere beyond the window seating a bit dark and drab. This Latte though ? Worth the stop!“

“Cappuccino was on point, good steaming. Number 4 breakfast sandwich was a bit underwhelming, but it was fresh and still satisfying. A small amount of savory spread would have really set it off.

Staff was very calm in spite of the long line. They worked through it well and no one was rushing around. Not a lot of smiles, I saw that in other reviews. As a bakery and coffee shop owner I like to not see the overly friendly fake attitude pawning for tips pressuring you “And you’ll get asked a few questions here”.

Good, professional, calm, clean and open environment. Will come again.“

“Quiet and quaint coffee shop with sweet and savory bites. I got the matcha latte, very robust and flavorful. A little disappointed they didn’t have almond milk as a beverage option just regular and oat milk. The cardamom croissant looked delicious but i wasn’t not ready for food so early.“

“I discovered this coffee when I got an excellent latte at White Salmon Baking Co. in White Salmon WA. They sell bags of a blend called Baker’s Blend at the counter in the bakery. Really happy about this because I can make excellent espresso at home with this blend and I don’t have to drive over to one of the Hood River retail outlet coffee roasters to get fresh beans“
