“Customer service is definitely not a priority at the Snoqualmie location. The food is fine but we had an unfortunate experience with the service on a take order a few weeks ago. We ordered online and received a confirmation email with an estimated pick up time. When I arrived, at the time indicated on the order email, the employee at the counter couldn't find our order. Another employee, presumably a manager came and looked and told me they failed to acknowledge our order and hadn't started making it yet. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes after arriving at the store. I understand that things happen and wouldn't have been bothered by it, except that the employees didn't even apologize. Since the error was on their end, it wouldn't gone so much farther if they had apologized for the delay. They couldn't have cared less about the inconvenience and it made for a really strange experience. I followed up with an email to the contact address on their website to let them know about the experience and never heard back. I'm really surprised at their lack of customer service and especially the lack of response after reaching out.“

“I contacted the catering manager who was very prompt in helping contact the MV store to put in a 9 pizza catering order for high school students. The store was able to work with my target time for pickup and arrange for an employee to come in a bit earlier than usual to have everything ready to go at my requested pickup time. “I have been going here for a very long time, and service here for me has not disappointed me. Food is quickly made, people are nice and they give you brakes when you mess up orders and stuff like that. Pizza isn't the best in the entire world, but for the speed and service it's amazing. Also I would like to mention I had accidentally put one star on the website. I hope this makes it even. :(“

“I haven’t had dominos in years but my sister insisted to try it again and her kids love it. They don’t deliver to where I live so I ordered a pick up online. Immediately after placing I realized I messed it up so I called. The girl over the phone fixed it right away. She was also the one who brought my pizza out and was so kind and delivered my food with a smile ensuring it was correct. Thank you, great customer service!“

“Recently went on a motorcycle ride and stopped in to the city hall saloon. The outdoor eating area had a spooky but cool theme of old bikes with mannequins on them. The drinks were good. We had margaritas. Surprisingly... the tuna melt was the best I've ever had. The staff were super friendly. The regulars were very welcoming! Cool place and different experience!“
