“As I was heading home tonight (11.23.25 8pm in Bonney Lake) from an incredibly long work week, exhausted and ready for bed, my son called with the news: he had three hungry teenagers suddenly descend on the house. In a panic, I called Frankie's Pizza, worried they were about to close. I felt terrible explaining my situation to the staff, a last-minute, large order with no notice. I was ready for a frustrated sigh, but instead, I was met with immediate, kind understanding. I paid over the phone and raced over. They had my entire order ready to go the moment I walked through the door. Phenomenal service, as always. But the moment that TRULY melted my heart happened when I pulled up to the house and checked the pizzas. Tucked into one of the boxes, right next to the pizza saver, was a handwritten note: "You're a great mom, even if no one acknowledges it. 🙂" I was in tears. Seriously, tears. That small, kind, human gesture cost them absolutely nothing but instantly made my entire stressful work week worth it. It made my heart absolutely smile. Frankie's Pizza is more than just a pizza place; they are truly a part of the community. “I decided to give the new pizza a second go and although it was from a different location, I am much more satisfied the second time around.
I think that patrons need to be aware that there's only so much cheese in the crust and should consider getting extra. And I also did the creamy red sauce and extra pineapple for the Hawaiian pizza. Turned out really good.“

Since I'm a teacher and don't like tattling anyway I thought I'd give a shoutout to all the team members working 7/15/25 at 8:25pm. My pizza was delicious! Food is quickly made, people are nice and they give you brakes when you mess up orders and stuff like that. Pizza isn't the best in the entire world, but for the speed and service it's amazing. Immediately after placing I realized I messed it up so I called. The girl over the phone fixed it right away. “Recently went on a motorcycle ride and stopped in to the city hall saloon. The outdoor eating area had a spooky but cool theme of old bikes with mannequins on them. The drinks were good. We had margaritas. Surprisingly... the tuna melt was the best I've ever had. The staff were super friendly. The regulars were very welcoming! Cool place and different experience!“

So I tried out this Papa John's location (being new to Bonney Lake) and the gentleman who took my order was so professional so nice, so patient, and the driver was just as awesome 👍😎“

“Best to order ahead, just a lobby with 3 chairs. Seems to be high volume, so employees are going at 100 miles an hour. It cranks out pizza. The most important part, the price, it is consistent, and if you order online, fast. Very convenient, 5 minutes away, and hot. FYI, BYOB(bring your own bag). The only real hangup I have with this place. Other than that I feel they are a slice above the local competition.“
