“Ok, this guy is kinda like the Soup Nazi of ice cream. Old Italian guy, who does not GAF. You need to know your order and have cash ready (no cards). If you’re undecided and need to use the ATM, he is less than patient. I ordered a waffle cone with two scoops. I ordered raspberry ripple and was unsure of my second scoop-Moose tracks or chocolate peanut butter. He said ‘OK, I give you half a scoop of each’. He then asked my wife what she wanted and we said we’re sharing. He then proceeded to make her a mini version of my cone to share-no charge! So we got two waffle cones for $11, which was quite good. $11 for one cone was a bit pricey.
My wife shared she had been smiling at him and laughing at his jokes with another customer, which probably helped. Ice cream was good, not the best I’ve had-that’s in Bayfield, Ontario, but still pretty good. Hours are erratic, Google maps says he’s open until 8:00 this time of year, but it’s usually 7:30, just after sunset.“

“I had a great experience ordering 2 custom ice cream cakes (one was a custom photo cake). The service was friendly, and they confirmed my order by both phone and email. But most importantly, they turned out delicious with all the mixins, and the personalized photo on the cake was perfect! We will definitely order again in future at this location.“

“On Saturday November 1st we were in Willowbrook Mall Langley BC. The mall was crowded and busy the line up at Orange Julius was long , however the staff were very quick , friendly, professional to process my order and others in the line up . Sometimes you think your order is going to take forever to process , but not at Orange Julius they do try to accommodate your order quickly“

“We wanted to order a cake for my son’s birthday, however since we were ordering a custom cake with his photo on it, we had to place the order online. There was an issue with the online system, as it was not reflecting the design number we had chosen from the in store book, and we also couldn’t place the order in store as I didn’t have a printed picture with me. However, the employees were so creative and helpful that they helped me place the order online and make changes and add design in store. I felt overwhelmed in the moment as I really wanted the cake design we had chosen as I had my heart set on it. The employees decided to help me place the order online, put the design number in the comments and confirm the order. A fairly simple solution yes, but it was the collaboration of effort that I really appreciated. Thank you to the employees at this location for all your hard work and effort and am absolutely beautiful cake.“

“Delicious ice cream, so smooth and flavourful, amazing flavours they have...in the summer, fruit flavours like Huckleberry and blackberry are just must-try's, less sugar too. Tin Roof, chocolate are our go-to's.
Some lineups to be had during peak times.
Good size parking lot with free street parking too.“
