“This was the weirdest bakery experience I've ever had.
Staff didn't speak to customers
Staff would stand over the order screen, but it wasn't till the third person in line did any of us realize that it's self service. Nothing to do with customer employee interaction.
Just as I finished my order the employee walked up, took over the screen, not allowing me to choose a receipt option

These cakes are soooo good. We tried them for the first time in July. For 1 of our daughters Birthdays & have purchased cakes for 3 additional Birthdays, since then.
Our whole family loves them & their buntinis were perfect little smash cakes for our twins!
The way they are decorated is so adorable & they also have adorable little gifts in the store.“

“My go to cupcake shop for my children’s and family member’s birthday’s, even though it’s in Puyallup I drive from NE Tacoma to this location because the staff are so amazing and the cupcakes and other bakery items are so delicious.they also have gluten free cupcakes which are also absolutely delicious.

“If anyone in charge sees this, please know that the vegan options in the café are appreciated. I have a dairy allergy, so I don’t ever get to have a pastry with my coffee when I go out- but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had vegan snickerdoodle cookies! I hadn’t had the chance to have one in a long time, and it paired well with the excellently made oat milk latte. If I had a suggestion, maybe a vegan sandwich option would be nice as well?“
“5 stars for nice people ?..3 stars for almost impossible dock!.. only one truck at a time! One way traffic going around building looking scary and impossible tight ? ? jack into dock using every inch, no room for much pull up. Good luck! No one was answering the phone number on the gate. So I had to go to the front and use that phone to contact someone.“

“Lots of unique options of cookies. They have refrigerated options served cold as well as some served warm which makes the flavors so yummy. My favorite is the cornbread cookie that is served with syrup. So delicious.
Our location has curbside pick up that we love. Makes ordering so convenient. We order on the app and pick up at our pre selected time slot.
The parking lot is small but I have never struggled to find a spot. Most of the traffic is in and out.
The price point is correct for gourmet baked goods. They have a lot of size options for boxes so you can get just one or a larger box to serve more people. They are huge so we always share whatever we get. They have really cute cookie cutters now to cut into triangles and make them more shareable. Also available now is mini size cookies.
If you have not tried them out I would recommend them.
