we usually have good experiences at Jubilee. However tonight was horrid.
not only did the person working forget to make our order, when she did the burgers were missing half the toppings.
The fries are severely overcooked, obviously burned. They definitely weren't crinkled for our pleasure.
Sadly it was my cousins first experience there, and he said he felt his mouth was violated by the experience.

Friendly service, great burger, and really quick! (the food was ready before I could find their Facebook page lol)
Food is good but 2 days on a row without ketchup is not cool, I like ketchup with my burger and fries
