I have never ordered Papa John's to be delivered to my home. However, they have delivered 3 times to my workplace the last 2 or so weeks. This is a huge order for them, and they have to work hard to make this happen. The pizza is always fresh, still quite warm, and gets cleared out in less than a hour. Not bad at all and if I lived around this Papa John's, I would choose it for my home delivery as well.
Their delivery is quick & on time. At times we order on the fly, grab & go
Ordered delivery & missing an item. No one answers their phones so strike 1. Did a survey & they said someone else would reach out. Strike 2 - they didn't. They sent another survey on how things were reconciled. They weren't. Strike 3. Called. The manager said she didn't have a record of me ordering. I'll have to come on for a refund! Seriously? If you're not good at delivery then stop. The delivery man was fine unless he's responsible for the missing item.1

Papa John's Pizza offers great standard fare with quick service for carry-out orders. Customers recommend using the website specials for savings. One reviewer had a positive experience when their order was not initially in the system, but the staff went above and beyond to quickly prepare their pizza. The polite and efficient staff make ordering through the app and picking up a breeze, although some customers find navigating the parking lot a bit challenging.
