My husband and I discovered this place yesterday and loved it! The employees weren’t all that friendly and seemed on edge but that was overlooked by the delicious food and coffee. We went back today and the service was even worse. Extremely unfriendly and our presence there seemed to make them even more irritated. Our drinks were slammed down on the counter! We were not provided straws for an of our iced drinks but we were afraid to ask because of the moods of the baristas....
I loved the grilled oysters from the Persimmon BBQ during Sunday at the Sanctuary. All 3 options for sauce were delicious, especially the rhubarb! Wonderful service and very friendly staff. Can’t wait to try more, especially at the bistro portion.
