I was craving oysters, they did not disappoint, great selection. I am a fresh oyster snob and I love smalls and extra smalls. I ordered the Shigoku, the Judd’s Cove and the Kumomoto. Beyond fresh and so sweet. Perfect texture, sweet salty taste and their sauce complimented the flavors, but I am still Marie Sharps hot sauces & lemon fan. What a gem of a restaurant overlooking the Samish Bay! The food was absolutely incredible. We loved the fried oysters and the vegetarian in our group loved the ricotta gnocchi! Everything was incredible - the meal, the music, the ambiance. Extra special shout out to our wonderful server, Lara C., for making our dining experience truly exceptional! The Oyster Bar is absolutely worth the drive. A must-stop for any Pacific Northwestern or visitor!
