It might be a cliche to say a business feels like home, but Hot Java Cafe fits the bill and then some. I started visiting regularly while working on a writing project, and everyone on the staff - Didi, Clover, Alisha and Lilly, and Rylee - are not just kind and welcoming, but they craft incredible food and drinks.

Hot Java Café is a great coffee place. The cappuccino was perfect. The coffee is always great, and the food is delicious. The lemon blueberry cake was spectacular. The bagel with lox, capers and onion was really good. The LOX and bagels was amazing, and the home made biscuits and gravy were out of this world. Bagels with the pesto cream cheese are warm, soft and creamy. The service is top notch, quick, and extremely friendly. The staff are absolute sweethearts. The café has a nice view inside or a drive up. It is a wonderful place with area to work or a drive thru, easy access, and setup for personal or virtual meetings.
