I have eaten there once, and Mobile ordered twice. Great chicken! Usually a good experience. Although, my last mobile order took 45 mins. 2 days before Christmas. Staff flexes to help customers. Accidentally marked in-store pickup rather than drive-thru in the app. The staff brought my order to the window, saving me the trouble of taking my toddler out of and back in their car seat. Probably not a BIG change for them, but it helped me when I was feeling a bit worn down.
