“I had the pleasure of dining at Prairie Tavern for dinner and was thoroughly impressed. A full parking lot upon arrival was a promising sign, and the experience did not disappoint. The pizza was exceptional—flavorful and perfectly prepared—and the boneless wings were equally delicious. The huckleberry cocktail was a standout, striking a perfect balance between sweet and tart.

Even with how busy it was the service was attentive and fun throughout. I will definitely be returning.

“The food is amazing!!!! I rated 5 stars for food, 5 stars for service, and 4 for atmosphere. Only reason for that is because the music was super static and the tvs were glitching. Probably slow connection. Other than that,

THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! And you Hawaii folks, they have meat jun! Kimchis best kimchi I’ve ever had! The saba was cooked to perfection, yukgajung was delicious, bulgogi was a lil sweet, decent size portions.

“My brother and I went to the Cove last night and they got it right. Everything was excellent! I had the ahi tuna and my brother the scallops. Not a nite left. Even shared a dessert of butter cake ! Our server was awesome”

“My favorite coffee shop in downtown Vancouver, and I’ve tried pretty much all of them. The atmosphere is nice. The coffee is good and I love their mochas and hot chocolate - tastes like real chocolate which love, as opposed to the typical chemical laden syrup taste. They have Spielman bagels - so good and they put the cream cheese on for you so you don’t have to wrestle with it.

The baristas are genuinely nice people and always give great service - no weird vibes here. 💞”

“Visiting friends in Portland, they took us here for Breakfast. Loved the ambiance. After a 30-minute wait (we didn't have a reservation), we were finally seated and waited... and waited... and waited, eventually receiving our order after another 45 minutes. Two of three orders were wrong - I had ordered "The standard" - described as "the standard two eggs* with a choice of bacon or Zenner's sausage served with home fries or field greens and choice of toast". Got it with roasted potatoes. The waiter insisted that's how they would always come - but then served extra fries - and, to make up for the wait, comped us with some of the jummy sweet balls they show in their icon image. I found this nice, but also the only appropriate thing to do to save them from a two-star review. Because the server, whom I found uncharmingly stressed at first, really woke up and sped up his game, I would take the experience and try it again when we visit our friends next time. The place itself is very nice, and the food was tasty - and would under other circumstances qualify for four stars or more (if you have read my other reviews, you may remember that I am rather particular with five stars).”

The owner/ staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and went over and above to ensure we had a great meal (an 11/ 10 for sure!!) The food was plentiful and delicious. I had the Pita House Special with chicken, and it was oh so good!!!! We even received a complimentary piece of baklava! “We had a reservation for 13 people for my daughter's birthday. Not only did Amaro's have the room but also placed us in a quieter area to accommodate my daughter's sensory needs. They were also wonderful about working around food allergies for a couple guests. My daughter loved the personal birthday note and free donuts she received from Amaro's. It was probably the best birthday she's had in a few years.”

“Di Tazza bakery, cafe and coffee drive thru is a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee with friends. They have pastries and yummy frittatas, biscuits and gravy and breakfast sandwiches. They have vegetarian choices and some nice gluten free pastries that are all made on the premises. It’s really cute and clean. The staff is friendly and quick to make you feel welcome. I live really close to it and I highly recommend it. It is in the previous chase bank on SE 84th and 137th. Easy access from Padden Parkway. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. 🥰”

“We met Kelly at the Vancouver Farmers Market a couple of years ago when she was thinking about opening a store. We are SO glad she did! Now we can satisfy our gelato fix anytime! We love all the ways she turns chocolate into something yummy! And her yogurt is the best! Wrinkles The Dog gives Sorridi two paws up, too (he stays outside in the car while Bob and I take turns going inside to pick out our single scoops)!”
