Pureed fava beans with tasty spices, served warm with a side of bread or injera. Garnished with olive oil, green onions, feta cheese, diced tomato, and jalapenos. Each bite is full of flavor.

Scrambled eggs mixed with sauteed onions, served with injera.

Veget combo. A mix of gomen wet (collard green, onions, garlic, jalapenos), misir alpha wet (a rich savory lentil sauce) misir key wet ( another rich, savory lentil sauce), and a side of freshly chopped tomatoes with onions and jalapenos.
ŠI-ga be ya-eye-ne-tu(meat combo) (ሥጋ በያይነቱ)
A mix of key siga wet, alicha siga wet, tibs, and kitfo.
Shi-ro we-t' (ሽሮ ወጥ)
Chickpea with garlic, onion, ginger, and other seasoning.
Ye-t͟s'o-mi fi-ri-fi-ri (የፆም ፍርፍር)
Injera with tomato, onion, and garlic, cooked in olive oil.
Ki-ti-fi'o (ክትፎ)
Finely chopped tender beef seasoned with spiced butter and mitmita served raw, medium, or well-done.
ŠI-ga tI-bi-si (ሥጋ ጥብስ)
Cubed beef mixed with green peppers, onion, seasoned butter, and, at request, with awaze hot sauce.
T'e-bo-t ti-bi-si (lamb tibs) (ጠቦት ጥብስ)
Cubed cut lamb meat with onion, jalapeno, and spiced butter tomato.

Go-redi' go-redi' (ጎረድ ጎረድ)

Cozy, small, and delivers great flavor. I ordered the fava bean dish and my friend got some stewed beef. The food was excellent and the folks running the place were so sweet. The injera is gluten free and authentic! I’ll be back!

This store has a tiny restaurant section in it that once you’re inside feels cozy. I got the meat combo and it was great. Perfect pre or post workout meal. Great friendly service too. If you haven’t been, you should try it.

A limited menu means they do what they do very well and if you're looking for Ethiopian, this is a great spot. Early evenings, they've always had a table available. It often feels like we've dropped into someone’s kitchen, staffed by family. The dishes come out with an unmistakable made-with-knowing touch of authenticity. I almost hate to put up a review, it's such a local-to-Burien gem!
