We miss the Midwest, and this place truly embodies everything we love about it. When you’re feeling homesick, finding authentic food that tastes like something you’d get in Chicago, Detroit, just hits differently. Thank you for giving us a little taste of home and such a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back!
It was a nice casual dinner place. The drinks were pretty good and they have a few different price points for food. I got the smash burger and it was good. Not great but still good. They outdoor seating was a great set up. They allow dogs in the outdoor seating and there were quite a few.
So happy to find this cozy, comfortable place with great food and friendly, attentive service. We were met by the hostess who overheard me say I was chilly and found us a table away from the door. Then the waitress greeted us with happy enthusiasm like we were locals! I had the Salisbury steak with a baked potato and broccolini. The steak was a little different than how I make it, a lot creamier gravy and I enjoyed the change up. Lots of mushrooms and meat was seasoned perfectly...
