I had a great experience at Jack in the Box. The food was fresh and tasted great, but what really stood out was the customer service. I went through the drive-through on Thursday night around 11:00pm, and the employee working was excellent—very attentive, repeated my order back clearly, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. That kind of service late at night is rare, and I really appreciated it!“
