“I walked in to the restaurant at 4pm. Theirs 3 staff working. Drive thru is busy while 2 customers before waiting for food. It's 4:15pm and no one acknowledged me at the counter waiting. So I attempt to call out, "could I just order an onion ring?". One of the staff stopped and says YES. then turned and walked away. Waited another 5 min. It's now 4:21pm. So I walked out very angry about the whole situation. But I can't let this restaurant ruin the rest of my day!!! I love jack in the box because it was my 1st job at 16yrs. Old. I have learned a lot about customer service, food quality, etc. that I use til now and continue to apply it everyday. But to not be acknowledged is a downfall for most businesses. I cannot see myself ever coming to JIB AGAIN. They failed my QFCS secret shopper test for if I did one.
To the owner of this Jackbox location who replied to my review.MY HUMBLE APOLOGIES to you. This experience was not at your location but another location in the area . In fact your location may have been the store that I finally got my onion rings.“
