Drive thru didn't know how to ring up the coupon that came my mail, for the 2 cluck sandwich meals, & charros, he said this coupon new for us.. poor English poor Customer services, (MANAGERS). come on now train your people's. WE LEFT WITHOUT FOOD
I was told I must use their very cumbersome kiosk to order. I ended up walking out. It's sad because it wasn't always this way. I use to eat here 3-5 times a week. After a few months away I came back to pure disappointment.
The guy in the drive-thru was awesome. He was super sweet, really friendly, and hooked us up. Great customer service and definitely made our visit better!

Jack In The Box offers a mixed experience, with some locations providing excellent service and food quality, while others struggle with customer service. Many customers appreciate the food, noting that it is hot and satisfying. One customer was pleased with how well the staff understood and spoke English, enhancing their experience. However, some locations have faced issues; one visitor reported poor service when they were not acknowledged while waiting to place an order, leading to frustration. Despite the negative interaction, they expressed a long-standing love for Jack In The Box due to their positive experiences in the past. Additionally, another customer mentioned being unable to order the CUBE MUNCHIE MEAL BOX because of a claimed shortage, even though they saw boxes available. Overall, Jack In The Box provides a variety of meals, with some locations exceeding expectations in service and food quality, while others need improvement.
