Terrible customer service. It's McDonald's from now on.
A lot of new staff. They don't know how to make ice coffee. If you order a caramel ice coffee 80% of the time they grab the mocha ice coffee already made then add the caramel syrup to it and call it caramel iced coffee. It tastes terrible.
It should be a lighter color but it will be just as dark as the mocha or darker. I call them out on it and they say oh that's the way it is.
