Subway is a top 10 store with excellent service and fresh vegetables. The prices have gone up, but there are still some good deals. Customers can be slow deciding what they want, which can cause delays. The parking can be difficult due to a nearby coffee shop. On the other hand, Jersey Mike's is praised for being more accommodating to customers with special needs, like reading prepared notes for orders. Subway could learn from Jersey Mike's in terms of customer service.
