“I have been driving around Genes to get to the TW for years. After a day of business in town, I just felt like a quiet beer... TW was buzzing Genes looked quiet. I stopped int Genes and AAAAAHHHH, late afternoon mid week. Just a few souls and at least one IPA on tap. I like the traditional Bar set up right down to the chrome/ nagahide stools and the shuffleboard. Of course, the term Dive Bar is used anymore as a complement and I'll add it as my fave Dive in Burlington. The bartender was cool and the rest of the folks were enjoying a chill afternoon easy quite beer experience. I'm not fooled, I'm sure it's bellowing with noise on every Friday night!“

“Had dinner at Bob's on Oct 11th with family. Fish & Chips tasted great as did wife's prime rib dip. Our server was great even though she thought I was pranking her when I asked for a chocolate coke (note she made a good one if you enjoy flavored coke). We had a great experience and will return on our next visit to the area.“

“Iron Mountain is such a wonderful spot! Jamie, the owner is so down to earth, and is so sweet! My fiancé and I had our first half of our engagement photo shoot done here, shooting a game of pool, 🎱 and having a cold beer 🍺 Jamie and her staff are AMAZING!!! We are so grateful for the opportunity to have had some of our pictures taken here! We look forward to our next visit in! 10/10 5 stars!“

“Extremely warm friendly atmosphere, great food, owner is great, Annie and the rest of the wait staff is impeccable! It gets extremely busy at times and they still do a great job. Good cooks. Food is great, burgers, fish and chips, and clam chowder. Yum yum yum!!! Bingo night, line dancing, karaoke, and live music is so fun! They welcome and love to see the kids come in and enjoy themselves as well!“

“I haven't had service that good in a long time. From the moment I was welcomed when I walked in to the stellar service throughout the duration of the upstairs event I attended, I was impressed! Really made my night. Thank you. Looking forward to coming back with my husband and friends!“

“Had an amazing dinner date with my wife last Saturday! We decided to try this spot and were seriously impressed. The vibe was welcoming, and our server, Wesley, made the experience even better. He was patient, knowledgeable, and super helpful with the menu. My wife got the Quesabirria Torta—slow-cooked beef in a rich adobo sauce, layered with jack cheese, mayo, cilantro, and onion on a roll that was just right. It came with birria consommé for dipping, sweet potato fries, and a Peachie Peach cocktail. She loved every bite. I went with the Smoked Pastrami Reuben, and wow—everything was on point. The in-house smoked pastrami was moist and flavorful, the sauerkraut and Swiss were balanced, and the toasted rye bread gave it the perfect texture. It came with sweet potato fries and a creamy horseradish sauce that really brought it all together. We left full and happy. Not sure if I’ll go for that amazing Reuben again or try the torta myself next time. Either way, we’re definitely coming back. Thanks for the awesome service, Wesley!“
