After having the Burgerville folks reach out about my poor experience, I tried the drive-through again. The results? Very good! Since my 2 favorite items were discontinued, I had the grilled Chicken Sandwich, and it was delicious! I opted for the Rosemary Shoestring fries, and they were fantastic as well. And it was quick service, even though it was during the same lunchtime window as before. They must have just been having a bad day back in November, which happens.

I'm not giving a 5 solely due to the fact that the Turkey Burger and Halibut are 86'd off the menu.

I pulled in to the drive through at 1:08. Didn’t get to the menu/ordering spot until 1:14. Didn’t get my food until 1:28. 20 minutes in the drive through line is far too long. Now there is a new menu. No Turkeyburger. Figures, one of the 2 items I usually get. What? No halibut sandwich? Swell. I opted for the now named fish sandwich. It was ok-good. The fries are soggy.
I will say that Avery at the window was so nice and friendly that it salvaged the day. I was going to say something about the wait, but she was too nice.“

“Order at the counter. No combos, everything is ala cart. My onion rings were thinly covered in panko and fried crispy. Tasted fine, though I prefer a corn meal batter. Chocolate shake was thick as I like it. The kitchen and dining room were very clean and nicely decorated. Lots of parking and quiet country setting.“

“The restaurant appears empty most of the time, but it always seems difficult to get any attention in the front ordering area. I suspect they do a lot of drive-through business. However, they are always very polite and let me know that someone will be there for me. Once I ordered the ice cream, the whole process was pretty quick.

I like both their soft-serve with or without chocolate dip. The ice cream was quite creamy. The small size is a good size for even two people to share.“
