“THE best - like absolutely the best meal we have had travelling around the States. The service, the food and the wine was perfect.
The steak was even better than a 6 star restaurant in the rocks in Sydney!!!

“Colby’s Burger and Fries is so stinking good! 🤤 I ordered the onion burger 🍔, and it was absolutely delicious....juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly (My husband said the same about his burger!) . I also tried the shake of the month, the Grasshopper, and wow… it was so thick and creamy. Honestly, 100x better than the Shamrock Shake at McDonald’s! We also had to try the new seasoned fries, and they did not disappoint...perfectly crispy, super flavorful.If you haven’t tried them yet, you definitely should!!! “Not your typical Vietnamese menu. The banh mi for sure is not banh mi but a fusion with more American sandwiches. Protein portions are good for the size. Not a bad place but it took a while for food to get served during the dinner hour we arrived“

Food waa exactly what I remember from going to the restaurants in the China towns of Portland, San Francisco and Boston in the early 80s. Really large and delicious dishes. The only proper hot and sour soup in Longview. And the restaurant is clean, decorated like what I would want for a nostalgic Chinese American restaurant to look like. Thank you thank you thank you!“
