“On a trip from Everett Washington to Gresham Oregon we stopped in to this unexpected Gem of a place, we were greeted by the owner and her husband very quickly and then experienced a very hospitable staff and then the food arrived with huge portions unseen anywhere else with great tasting food and the coffee cup never went empty, Rosie's is exceptional in this day and age! love this place and highly recommend!“

“Visiting from Atlanta, GA and Just happened to stop by the Safeway and really needed some good food. Our family decided to try Guadalajara and it was amazing. I honestly say it was the best Mexican food I have ever tasted. We were truly satisfied and pleased with the experience and quality of food!! “I’d absolutely recommend this place to any blue-collar family man. I’m raising a family of seven, and getting everyone out of the house without breaking the bank is no small task. Most outings easily push past $100—but not here. When they’re running specials, we can order what we want, eat like kings, and forget our worries for a while. For the value you get, it’s hard to find anywhere better that still treats you like family.“

“Love this place! I’ve eaten here many times and normally try something new to me. Whether it’s lunch or breakfast, you will never get a bad meal or bad service. The owners are wonderful, too. Introduce yourself to them!“
