“i'm a huge fan of anything with tripe and eat menudo often at home and at restaurants. so naturally i was interested in trying the tripe stew. i was honestly blown away, no exaggeration. this might be my new favorite soup of all time. i love that they are very generous with the amount of tripe where each piece is so thick and fun to sink my teeth into. the pork hock is so yummy too- so soft and chewy and cooked to perfection. the vegetables add an extra richness to the broth that is usually missed in menudos that i have tried, which is another nice touch. safe to say i'll be coming back again just to eat this delicious soup“
