“I have noticed a huge decline through the years as far as service and cleanliness. I hadn't been in years and decided to try again. Nothing has changed. The staff are unprofessional and were acting like it was their own personal kitchen and they were at home cooking with siblings. Clearly the owners need to spend more time to see the deficits. It's a shame that it has gone so far down hill now, that in my opinion it's not an option to even eat there for locals.“
“When we walked in there was a sign that stated they were in the process of switching vendors and could not accept cards at the time, so we did not get to eat. There was no one there to greet us either, in and out without seeing a single person as there were also no other customers. Had a homey, old time feel though, and would be interested in trying again. Maybe we went at the wrong time of day?“

“The food was amazing. We were sitting at our table for 22 before anyone even spoke to us. We finally were able to order our drinks and food, the waitress brings out one salad after about 10 minutes I asked about our other salads and our soups the lady came back and said oh she was gonna bring it with our food, I asked why would she only bring one salad out of 3 the lady said she didn't know and brought the other salads. Finally asked our waitress for our soups. But like I said the food was amazing service needs lots of help.“

“We went there for my twin daughters 12th birthday. I called 2 days in advance to make sure that they could accommodate a party of 10. The gal I spoke with was extremely polite and helpful, said it wouldn't be a problem. I then called on Weds to re-confirm. The gal I spoke with was ok. When we got there, we were told that they could only accommodate us outside. After sitting down and nearly 15 minutes later outside in 80+ degree weather and our tables directly in the sun, our server had not come out once to even offer us water. Even if we were still waiting on a few people to arrive, proper customer service would have been at to least check to see if drinks were wanted while we waited on the last few people. My boyfriend and I ended up going inside to the bar to grab a drink. Only then did the server acknowledge us and asked if we wanted drinks. She said she got distracted and asked nothing about the rest of our party outside, including my 74 y/o mother. Mind you they were not very busy, at all! Another 10 minutes goes by before I go inside to ask where our server was did she start heading outside. So we essentially waited 30 minutes for our party to get not even water. It appeared that our server may have been training another. I hope that they both get better training from a more experienced server because the customer service we received was only a 1 star, and that's being generous.“

“We came here years ago and had written them off due to poor service. We were in the area again and my opinion has changed 100%! The burger was awesome, good beer and our server Tisha was awesome and super friendly! We will be back“

“I wanted to give a shout out to Jessica who took care of a private event I attended this week. We were at the South Hill location, upstairs in their banquet room for a check reveal thank you party for the The Great PumpkinFest partners. Jessica took great care of us and we weren’t a small group for sure. We were all moving targets, mingling, talking, standing, sitting, and yet she still remembered who ordered what. It was first class service! Sorry I didn’t get her last name and then when we moved downstairs.. was it Scott? who took care of the after party. It was my first time at Twigs. Great impression! Thank you!“

“I really have been enjoyed my weekly breakfasts at Cinola. We always have the same waitress and she is FABULOUS!!! We stopped eating at Cinola for a few years, but I guess there is now a new owner and it is so good now and we have been eating breakfast EVERY weekend. FIVE STARS!!! Give them a chance if you’ve tried them in the past it’s totally different and so good.“

“Quick service. Waiter helped us get a free appetizer by signing up for emails/free membership. It was a Wednesday so our kid meals were 1/2 off 🙌 food was great.“

“We went to this restaurant and ate lunch. We sat in Charlies' section, and he was a great waiter. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the atmosphere. When we were leaving, we spoke to the manager Milo, who is a great guy, to tell him that Charlie was an excellent waiter. We will definitely go back, and we will sit in Charlies section.“

“My favorite place to dine in Deer Park. Great views and atmosphere. I have to agree with many of the poor reviews of the one of the staff members. Experienced that a few times my self. Choose to ignore it and enjoy the place. She needs to retire.“

“It's fast food and for fast food it's good. The kids meal surprisingly comes with a good amount of food... Fries, a 4inch cheese steak, a drink, and a scoop of icecream all for $6 plus tax. Definitely an actual value buy compared to other fast food menus.“

“It costs a lot of money for two people, but the food is great, but not $40 good!! I remember walking around and I saw Zip's and I was parched, I went in and got a large fountain drink and I just about *#*# my pants when they said would cost me close to $5!!! I understand that we as a country which is raising there prices and so everyone meaning companies need to follow suit and to keep up. But, C'MON ZIP'S!! I'm not angry with Zip's what so ever and I have no hard feelings towards Zip's. I know that the employees don't control how much food and drinks are. Employees are awesome there and atmosphere is peaceful. Thank you Zip's employees and managers.
Vegetarian options: I guess you could just order a bread with just vegetables?“
