“This place has amazing food! It was very busy but service was still quick and great. Fun atmosphere. My 8 year old said the best grilled cheese he's ever had, so kid approved! The dessert was so yummy and big. We will definitely return when we go back that direction again next year.“

“Best breakfast restaurant. It is a full service restaurant but breakfast brings us here more often than the other meals. Their food is always good. The bacon burger is awesome...maybe because of the bacon and there I go again mentioning breakfast. Love the bacon! Their creme Brulee is a great goto dessert. “We had a really fun time at Shindigs! The food was excellent (I recommend the Thai Flatbread and Fish Tacos) and the service was great as well!

Your experience will be different based on if you eat inside or outside. Inside, the lighting is dark with lots of TVs to watch games. The outside is fun with lots of tables and flowers. Also, it’s located right by the train tracks so expect to hear a train or two coming by! When we were there, they had country music playing, so there’s a rustic, country feel to it, which I think is fun. All in all, a great experience!“

“I was there with my wife ordered a Bloody Mary it is my favorite cocktail it was ok I have had the same drink at different locations it was kind of sweet and not really spicy, the night we were there I was watching an employee trying to make the bloody Mary mix there was no consistency with the making she was not measuring anything or following recipe and after all she got done she tasted it and it said it tasted sweet we came in on Saturday I tried a new IPA that was hemp infused I liked that beer I would drink a glass again“

We were at the South Hill location, upstairs in their banquet room for a check reveal thank you party for the The Great PumpkinFest partners. Jessica took great care of us and we weren’t a small group for sure. We were all moving targets, mingling, talking, standing, sitting, and yet she still remembered who ordered what. It was first class service! Sorry I didn’t get her last name and then when we moved downstairs.. was it Scott? who took care of the after party. It was my first time at Twigs. Great impression! “We went on a Friday night to meet up with the in-laws for dinner. We had never even heard of this place. I was very pleasantly surprised when we walked in. It was a very hot day, but when you walked in, you were immediately hit with the nice cool air. That was the last thing I wanted to do was go sit in a hot muggy bar. It has a good vibe. Good atmosphere. Our food was good! Drinks were great. And the live band was setting up. I would have really liked to stay & see what kind of music they play, but the husband was ready to go. My only real critique would be that our first waitress had absolutely no personality. Like she could care less to even be there. Her loss. She would have gotten a much better tip had she made us feel welcome from the get-go.“

Originally, we were told that the restaurant had run out of bone-in ribeyes, but the boneless ribeyes were more than adequate and were expertly prepared. Our waitress (Marley) was at the top of her game and made us feel welcome by providing excellent service. When she learned that we were celebrating a birthday, she provided a large, delicious chocolate chip cookie ala mode with a lit candle on top. There are a large number of high quality restaurants in the Spokane area, and we will always consider Black Angus for future special occasions.“
