We decided to try and do the online ordering . My husband ordered and i went to pick it up. We live less than a mile away and didn't know he/or his phone needed to be with me. But after some issues we finally got our order...as I'm pulling away i notice my shake/oreo Mcflurry is only about half full at best. I did NOT feel like going inside but it was so bad that i did. And of course there is a super long line. I saw an employee come thru the door so i asked him about it and he brought it to a lady behind the counter. I heard him explain what was going on and she immediately informed me that thats how the shakes are and she wouldnt be filling it up! I said its not even halfway and she said in an even louder voice thats how they all are. I know times are tough but this shake is expensive and i should be able to get what i pay for which is a full shake!

Because I made an order online and wasn’t near the store when I did they didn’t receive or make my order and despite me paying for it and showing them receipts I had to buy a whole nother meal for myself which I had to borrow because I used my last $5 on the sandwich I originally bought.
