I only eat here when I'm constipated and need to have a severe bowel movent.... doesn't matter what I eat there it happens with everything, within 10 to 15 mins after eating at MCDONALD'S it is guaranteed my issue is solved and then I'm ready to eat a real meal at home. So thank you MCDONALD'S for going above and beyond TACO BELL đ to help the many who do or may have IBS or being constipated to give them the relief they need..... đ
