The fish is very fresh. We also ordered two rolls - one was the snow crab roll and another was a more roll with typical tempura shrimp or crab. Rolls had minimal rice and lots of seafood and fillings, which I appreciate.

Also, the salmon kama here was delicious. It was seasoned with only salt I believe and was served with a ponzu sauce for dipping. The fatty flavor of the salmon really shine through - the fish was so tender. Loved this!

One other staffs walked by and asked if we didn’t like. My wife told her those 2 seemed like they are not full cooked so we didn’t want to eat them but we are okayed. She then insisted that she asked the chef to make a fresh batch of 5 for us. This time they were perfectly cooked. I was impressed with her and felt very appreciative. I recommend this place if you like delicious food and something quick.“

As far as service goes, hospitality was there and I found them to be professional, courteous and friendly. The turn around was quick from walking in to completion of my order. The flavor of the foods are unique and i typically get similar dishes at comparable establishments to establish a base line of good, not good. This place is not only good, its flavor is unique to this establishment. Overall I was pleased with everything and look forward to a return visit to try the pad thai!“

We are here (in my opinion) far too often but it's a fun midweek treat for the family.
