I came in on a busy Friday evening. Our sandwich artist "Mica" delayed his lunch break in order to help the other employee to get caught up. We were rang up by the other employee who did not give us a bag for our 3 sandwiches. My son commented as we were getting our drinks at the fountain station how we had to carry everything without a bag. Mica heard us talking, got up from his break and brought us a bag. The staff was inattentive to customer requests. The wait was so long that prospective customers behind me in line left. One making sandwiches and another just staring at us without any acknowledgement.

The girl at subway her name is zoie and she has the best customer service ever and she is doing a great job keep up the good work zoie, I think she should get a raise tho, the only thing I have to say is kinda sucky is that some employees don't show up for there shifts
