Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered 3 pcs tenders. Came with a side and ~24-30oz drink. $17.10. The mac and cheese was proportionate but the bulk of the food? Well... very small for the price. Would ask for a refund, but their workers seem like theres not a lot of them. Food rating OK on the food safety scale for Seattle. (Needs improving, Ok, Good, Best). This is the second time if tried their food and at this point its a corporate issue, they need to start working here and eat their sad lunch to see any changes. For the workers: yall are amazing don't get me wrong, your attitudes, your customer service, your work ethic great! But seriously needs to have quality control because 3 chicken nuggets is a little too much even for this economy

Went in today, the person taking the order was disrespectful and had an attitude. I didn’t even bother continuing with my order, instead went to Burger King and got attended 100x more better. Don’t recommend going to popeyes at all.

Asked for classic chicken,regular non-spicy.
Had spicy taste which burned my throat. Need to change frying oil...

I never leave reviews anywhere so this is new to me lol, but I just have to say, the staff at this Popeyes are ALWAYS friendly. Like every single one of them. I come in a few days a week on my way to work, and as soon as I place my order, they know it’s me. Food is always fresh too. Just wanted to leave a review and say keep up the great work!!!

My first experience at Popeyes was awful. I waited for what felt like 50 minutes for an order when they said it would take 15–20 minutes, and I only ordered 3 sandwiches and a biscuit. They gave me the wrong sandwich, then demanded I give back a sandwich that had already been bitten into, and refused to remake it if I didn't. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable with employees yelling at each other. I wish I had gone to Burger King instead.

Food is sooo good

Ordered two combos in the drive-thru and there was some difficulty communicating my order where it seemed hard to understand each other for some reason. Maybe due to traffic and heavy rain noise? When ordering they informed me it would be a 6-10 minute wait, to which I agreed and waited about 10 minutes. When I started driving home I realized they forgot about part of my order, so I drove back to get it. They gave me what I was missing but did not offer me anything for my time lost. By the time I got home, most everything was cold and not crunchy, as if it had been sitting in a bag the whole time while the last thing was prepared. It was then that I realized they also forgot the sauces and the spicy chicken I asked and waited for was actually just original . I love Popeyes but unfortunately this one has been the worst I have been to. $35 for two cold combos.

If I could give this place a zero, I would.
The person at the register was polite, but the person taking my order on 12/7/2025 around 6:30 PM was extremely rude and disrespectful. They rushed me for no reason, and by the time I got to the end of my order, I just drove off.

I’m not spending my money here again. They can make money off other people, but not me. I’m good.
